Yosemite - Last Day :(

Bears Shmears. We didn't see any. :(

The tent cabins...

Heading out of Yosemite Valley... Goodbye to the green!

Don't know which waterfall this was. But it was so amazing, even though we were all tired and wanted to get to our hotel 2 hours away, we pulled over and took more pictures.

This shot was taken at Washburn Point almost to the top of Glacier Point – COOL HUH?? (That’s Paul’s middle name, his mother’s maiden name) At the top of Glacier Point you can see the whole Yosemite Valley - including Half Dome...

Vernal & Nevada Falls

A grumpy Jack. He’d fallen asleep on the drive up to the top and did NOT want to get out to see anything. So, I carried him. Of course, when we got to the ledge and looked over and you could see our little tiny white tents down below and teeny tiny dots that were people on bikes, he thought that was pretty awesome.

2 tired girls that fell asleep on the drive up too. We went from 5000 ft. up to 7000 ft. and then down to 3000 ft. where our hotel was. My ears were messed up for a good 2 weeks after!  OUCH!

Upper & Lower Yosemite Falls

And a weird mammal... can't remember what it's called. Looks like a beaver... but I think he crawled out onto that lookout rock and peed his pants. He didn’t move the entire time we watched him. I think he had no idea how to get back to safety.

This was an incredible trip. Even with the whining and complaining here and there, the kids even said at the end that it was one of the best trips we've ever gone on. Yeah!
